Please allow 4–10 business days for order preparation before shipment. Orders placed after 1:00 PM Eastern Time begin processing on the following business day. Once your package has been prepared, you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking information.

Delivery time begins after your order has been prepared and shipped. Estimated delivery times vary based on your shipping destination and the carrier's schedule.

While we work diligently to prepare every order promptly, delivery dates are estimates and may occasionally be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays beyond our control.

Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. Maison Aurélle ships orders exactly as the address is entered.

Because orders begin processing quickly, address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will make every reasonable effort to assist before processing begins.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your shipment directly through the carrier until delivery.
